This course is designed to challenge and motivate new and established managers while providing interactive and thought-provoking exercises.
The course covers Understanding Beliefs and Behaviours; Effective Communication and Influencing others; Introducing Neuro-Linguistic Programming; Recognising Body Language and Eye contact: and Personal Goal-Setting for Managers.
During the two days, candidates undertake various activities and discussions that encourage them to reflect on current practices, evaluate own performance and develop SMART goals to take back to the work place.
With a split of the two days candidates have the opportunity to return on day two to feedback their experiences and truly measure the difference the course has made.
This course is run on a ratio of one trainer to a maximum of 10 candidates. £195 + VAT per candidate
