Tangerine are the industry leaders in Driver Quality and Driver/Service Monitoring assessments, and have long been used by operators to provide independent, expert advice on driving staff performance, evaluation and training.



Upon leaving Driving Standards Agency to establish Tangerine, we have continually strived to develop better and more innovative ways to assess drivers in-service, and to empower our clients to meet the ever increasing standards demanded of them and their staff.

DQM Assessments


Our current suite of Driver Quality Monitoring services consists of:

 


Driver Quality Monitoring

A driving specific assessment of driver behaviour, which assesses vehicle sympathy, ride quality and overall risk of driving style.

 

Driver & Service Quality Monitoring

A driving and ‘passenger experience' specific assessment of driver behaviour, which assesses vehicle sympathy, ride quality and overall risk of driving style. Included in this service, is an assessment of vehicle cleanliness, visual check of exhaust emissions, signage and advertising, and a whole range of operator specific criteria used to benchmark the overall performance of your operations.

 

Covert/Overt DQM

This type of assessment is a very specific ‘Mentoring' style of assessment, where an assessor gives immediate feedback to the driver to encourage a change in driving behaviour, or equally as important to give praise and reinforcement for a job well done.

 

Driver, Route or Garage Targeted DQM

Using any of the above assessment types, operators can target their operations specifically to their own need. Cross-operation comparisons can be made, providing real-time evidential data to support the management of staff, route and garages. Together with our in-house developed ‘Databases', we can provide you with all that's best in DQM assessments.
