BTEC Advanced Award in Controlling Bus Services (Service Controllers)

Over a course of 5 days training and a 3 day assessment period, both established and inexperienced Service Control staff are encouraged to develop their technical and analytical skills, together with the softer people skills.

Throughout the course, candidates produce portfolio evidence and participate in work related activities. This fully interactive course provides challenges and achievements to help support candidates to better understand their role and to transfer what they learn back into the workplace.

All course work is designed around the BTEC Advanced Professional Award framework.
